Return Policy
Plants and hardgoods are returnable within 14 days of purchase with the sales receipt. The plant or hardgood must be in saleable condition, undamaged, in the original package or container.
Holiday items are non-returnable. There are no exceptions.
Discounted items are sold as is and are non-returnable.
Plant Warranty and Replacement Policy
Warranty items are as follows:
- Trees and shrubs (planted in the ground) - 90 days
- Bedding/Annuals - 30 days
- Planted containers and/or plants in original containers - 30 days
- Shade house plants - 30 days
*Please contact The Garden Place if your plant is declining within the warranty period.
Warranty does not cover plants that fail due to factors beyond The Garden Place's control including but not limited to:
- Improper care or maintenance by the homeowner.
- Damage caused by pets, wildlife, pests, or extreme weather conditions, including frost or freeze.
- Neglect, overwatering, or underwatering
- Hurricanes void all warranties.
- Plants that fail to survive during the warranty period will be replaced once with the same size and variety of plant originally purchased.
*Customers are required to return the failed material with the original sales receipt to receive a warranty. No cash refunds will be issued.
*The Garden Place reserves the right to alter or discontinue this warranty policy at any time.
